THIS POST IS BOTH FACTUAL AND IN JEST. I HAVE BASICALLY JUST RE-DISCOVERED MY LOVE FOR NEW FOUND GLORY AND AM ON SOME KIND OF MUSIC-SUGAR HIGH. I FEEL LIKE RUNNING ROUND AND HUGGING PEOPLE ETC.
I have just been handed a finished copy copy of this album. I've got to say, I am so glad that I waited rather than downloading. Earphones on, artwork in hand, it's brilliant. I didn't expect anything else.
Two initial points:
Sounds great. I noticed in the liners that Ted Jenson @ Stirling mastered. He's a great engineeer.
Interested by the choice of packaging. As someone with a large CD collection, I generally like jewel cases. If I'm honest I wasn't overly pleased about the fact that Coming Home was in a super jewel. It didn't match. This is in a cardboard / plastic tray. I can forsee this getting crushed, which, in reality, is lucky as I pre-ordered the album last night anyway so i will have two copies!!
Thanks notes:
Jordan: Should contact me, I'll sort out a Smiths discography.
Chad: You get away without a comment!
Ian: How can i send you your dollar?
The New Guy: There's a space in between Drums and, last sentence!!

Steve: Rhino - Does that mean Rhino Records? (I work at rhino.)
Band: Conditions - why are they not bigger!!!
*amend - if anything in this message is taken as petty - i apologise. I love this so much.
